Halim Takhedmit joined the Voith Group in 2022, having worked in the domain of sensors and digital solutions since 2013. Halim has held several positions in several industries, started as a testing and data acquisition field engineer in the oil and gas industry in the Netherlands. Halim then transitioned to various sales and account management roles within the FMCG and converting industries, where he honed his skills in customer relations and strategic sales. Since March 2022, Halim rejoined Voith in Product Management for Fabric & Roll Systems to develop a Digital Product Portfolio for this division of Voith Paper.
With a Master’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering and an MBA in International Business, Halim possesses a robust skill set ideal for advancing digital technologies within the industry. His technical expertise and business acumen enable him to successfully develop and expand a new range of products, utilizing cutting-edge digital innovations to enhance Voith Paper’s offerings and impact within the industry.

Maurizio Andreoli Scipioni e’ nato a Fabriano e risiede attualmente con la famiglia a Milano.
Laureato in Scienze e Tecniche Cartarie presso l’Università degli studi di Camerino, dal 2002 ha lavorato nell’ambito della fornitura di additivi chimici per l’industria cartaria prima con BASF e successivamente con Solenis.
Dal 2020 lavora in Cargill come Technical Account Manager e si occupa di tutti gli aspetti tecnici legati all’utilizzo di amidi (nativi, cationici e destrine) nel processo cartario. Lavora in stretta collaborazione con i clienti al fine di sviluppare soluzioni innovative che supportino i loro obiettivi di crescita e avanzamento tecnico.
